Deprivation even in the rays of hope
Innocence filled with anger
No less a concentration camp
Manages to still smile at the misery.
A thousand unspoken words
Happiness unfolding its barrier
A weeping heart in conversation
Stranger I see in those eyes.
Beckoning for a day’s meal
She wonders of security
To feed her children not in unrest
Curses of a unfortunate birth.
Morality as mighty a mountain
Snubbed deep beneath the cerebrum
Cascading fortune to her amusement
O lord, she believes in you!
Bless her with the extinct opportunity
Why is there such biasing?
Human I am and so she is
Those eyes speak a thousand words indeed….
